Hi, I’m Sally…

Who Am I?

I’m a proud mum to three amazing humans, wife, dog mum, book worm, coffee devotee, (seriously, coffee is life) travel enthusiast and lover... of nature and the great outdoors!

I value above all else, my family, my work as a coach, and my beautiful friendships.

I personally came across coaching at a time when I was “re-evaluating” everything in my life.

Life had already thrown me my fair share of …well let’s put it nicely, seasons for growth!

We have been blessed (and I mean that sincerely) with parenting a neuro-diverse child, but after our family fought a traumatic, two-year battle with childhood cancer (for the same child) I felt like life had pretty much chewed me up and spat me out.

I was completely lost, burnt out, working a job I no longer loved, trying to juggle being a Mum, wife, nurse, employee, friend and being hit really hard with the realisation that…. life actually wasn't entirely fair (crazy right?)

I felt completely stuck, caged, like a hamster, trying to run (limp!) on a very wonky wheel. Everyday was groundhog day.

That’s when I realised: I needed to make a HUGE change….if I was going to make it.

I needed to find happiness, joy, purpose and fulfilment again—and fast. I needed to find me, beyond the trauma and our past experiences.

Enter coaching, and let me tell you, it was not just life changing for me, it was life-reviving!

Coaching helped me to figure out how to move forward, to get unstuck, find solutions, not problems and to really start thriving again.

I learnt so much about myself, I found confidence, authenticity, and exactly the person I wanted to be.

Now, after almost 30 years in the finance industry and business sector, I’m really proud to have re-trained through LCIA (Life Coachig Institue Australia) as a Life Coach.

I get to help others find their way to back to life, set and achieve their goals, find happiness and fulfillment—and

I love it!

There’s something truly special about teaming up with someone to uncover their path to purpose.

I’m all about lifelong learning, and I’m constantly discovering new ways to help people develop and thrive.

Let's work together to find your answer and turn it into something real... preferably with coffee in hand 😉 xxx
